During the Break Out Sessions, we (SRF) were setting with Air Europa Airline team and we have received a call from our AOG team in Jeddah that we have an aircraft from our fleet is out of service and AOG in Barcelona and require JET ENGINE OIL P/N ASTO560.
We spoke directly to Air Europa team and told them about this AOG live case. They have checked their stock immediately through their system and confirmed to us that they have the required material. We took the contact details of their AOG Desk and passed the info to our AOG team in Jeddah who managed to create the PO and sent it to Air Europa AOG and our forwarder picked up the material from Air Europa Airline successfully and moved it to our flight tech in Barcelona Airport.
